Warranty

nATX Series aftermarket limited warranty states that its wheels will be free from structural failure under normal and intended use for 5 years from the manufactures date stamped on the wheel. ATX Series further warrants to the original retail purchaser that the products manufactured will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of two years from the date of purchase from the retailer.

nSteel wheels have a 3-year structural warranty and 1-year warranty on the paint finish, excluding surface rust which can be prevented by proper care or can be accelerated by improper (or lack of) care, and therefore is not covered. Chrome-plated aluminum wheels have a two-year warranty against chrome peeling or lifting on the face of the wheel only. Polished and machined aluminum wheels oxidize and require regular maintenance and finish is not covered by this warranty.

nATX Series’ sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product that does not conform to this warranty and is returned for visual inspection, with a copy of the original sales receipt, to the retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased. Such repair or replacement shall not include removal or installation. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

nThis warranty is not applicable if:

Damage occurred due to failure to follow the complete instructions in the Owner’s Manual supplied with each wheel;

Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance, other than the recommended procedures that are included in the Owner’s Manual supplied with each wheel;

Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road conditions;

Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of racing applications.

nThis limited warranty is the sole express warranty given and is in lieu of all others express warranties, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.

nSome states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so one or more of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any products by the original retail purchaser. No warranty or representation by anyone other than the manufacturer shall be binding upon. ATX Series wheels are not designed to be mounted with any accessories, adapters, etc., other than those supplied and/or approved in writing by the manufacturer and damage caused by any such other accessories or adapters is not covered by this warranty.

nExcessive or inadequate wheel nut torque can result in a failure of the wheel mounting system. After the first 50-100 miles, retorque all nuts to 450-500 Ft. • Lbs. For additional wheel maintenance and consumer information, see Owners Manual included in each wheel box
